At ENEZ Swimwear, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If your suit isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery provided all hygiene liners and tags remain intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring the protective hygiene strip has not been removed.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
